This is an interesting series which has helped crystallize my desire to stay away from anywhere that heats the outdoors with patio heaters or uses gas flames as lighting. It just feels like conspicuous consumption/pollution/waste and I don't want to be around. Think of the fracking.

@1: Agreed. Heating an open rooftop patio like Terra Plata on a "slightly chilly" afternoon is unconscionable.
