I can't find anything about birth control or other measures to control population growth on gotgreenseattle.org. That is reducing pollution at the source.

So where is the Washington peninsula?

Clamming and crabbing have been great around Puget Sound and the Olympic Peninsula. The state does a good job of managing the resources.
