They say one should skip any article whose headline ends with a question mark but, here, we see what appears to be two headlines conjoined for some reason - was it indecisiveness?

@1 - The headline needlessly juxtaposes a positive benefit from using a tool, e.g. VR and burn victims, with sociological commentary on a tool's side effects: e.g. addition.
