I went to the UW and lived in Haggett Hall dorms in 1982/3. I had no idea alcohol was forbidden. We all drank freely and openly. Our only challenge was procuring the stuff from the state liquor stores whilst under-age. I guess it figures that things have changed with today's surveillance state. Kids these days have been over-supervised and over-policed since they were born.
