Labute was playing off his reputation as a misogynist. Do people actually think he's so stupid that he isn't aware of how blatant this stuff is? Clearly he did this for the money so why not have some fun with it. But still if a woman is the victimizer its misogynist and if the woman is the victim its still misogynist so it doesn't really matter in the end.
