Leading the charge: Tilth's Maria Hines.

Chef Maria Hines, of Tilth Restaurant, will make her debut appearance on The Martha Stewart Show to share her recipe for Butter-Poached Spot Prawns with Israeli Couscous, Cauliflower and Charmoula. Tune in at 3 p.m. PST on KONG-TV on Feb. 25 to watch.

Later this spring, Hines will face off against two of her Seattle-chef peers and a bunch of other fancy chefs in season two of Bravo's Top Chef Masters.

Hines appears on the series with the likes of Wylie Dufresne, of WD-50; Marcus Samuelsson, of Aquavit; and fellow Seattleites Thierry Rautureau, of Rover’s, and Jerry Traunfeld, of Poppy. Contestants on “Top Chef Masters” compete to win $100,000 for the charity of their choice.
