Top Chef Masters Season 2 starts tonight at 11 p.m. on Bravo, featuring hometown heroes Maria Hines of Tilth, Jerry Traunfeld of Poppy, and The Chef in the Hat of Rover's (and, soon, the more casual, also-in-Madison-Valley Luc).
