Like any accent, your ears is as delighted by it as your brain is willing to the like person it's coming from.

Short hair = sometimes nice, never better.
Accents = Cool, unless you hate what they're saying, then horrible.
Brits taking over America by weakening us with their Britspeak = Not if they invade from the South or North East.

I can't say that I've never seen a long cut that looks better than short, but they've been very few and far between.
And though I'm rather too old to opine on its hotness, the pixie cut on Emma Watson is adorable.
