I have been ready for Shangela to go home for a long time. Ru asked (which was unnecessary bias IMHO), but I can't believe Shangela was teary about how no one would help her. I guess Ru didn't know that she was ALWAYS asking someone for help, but still... if Shangela's asking for that much help so often, does she deserve to be there?

She's catty but I do really like Raja's outfits the best.

Shangela will probably win it. If past seasons are any indicator, the show's tagline should really be "America's Next RuPaul" not "America's Next Drag Superstar". Too bad whoever is editing the episodes is either totally incompetent at getting the audience to cheer for the winner or really just has nothing to work with because the winner is such a horrible snatch.

Dan - Did you see that velour stretch-pant suit Stacey Lane was wearing? I swear I've seen Jackie Hell in nearly the same thing - only with Stacey, it wasn't ironic. I like SLM too and would gladly take her over that mess Shangela, but truth be told - she stumbled this past week.

1)She was sweet and I liked her, but the outfit WAS awful.
2)Does the whole "Heathers" thing piss anyone else off? I now hate everyone of the "Heathers". Also: it's dumb. Aren't most of the "Heathers" in the film, killed? They aren't the heroes...
3)I'm now firmly on Team Yara.
4)Hmmmm....the whole "but, I haven't watched it yet!" whine gets on my nerves. Spoilers mean you spill the beans BEFORE the show airs, ie you've seen a press preview or watched it in another time zone, or have inside info. Once it airs nationally, it ain't a spoiler just because you TIvo'd it and haven't had a chance to watch it at your convenience.

I have been waiting for Shangela to get served and the shit finally hit the fan last night on the main episode and in Untucked. Was loving watching Shangela get served a dose of 'keeping it real'.

It should have been Shangela and Stacy in the bottom two. I can't figure out why Shangela was allowed to stay other than to add more drama.

Raja might be bitchy, but her observations are dead on and she looks friggin' amazing. Go Team Raja!!!

Final Four Predictions:

Raja, Shangela, Manila, Yara.

She deserved to be in the bottom two but damn she's a good lip-syncher, better than Alexis jumping around like a overly excited mouseketeer. And Shangela needs to shut the fuck up about corn.

I have no idea what any of you are talking about, but I don't think I want to.

Delta Work should have been sent fucking packing after that inane Cher debacle, and the following purple Barney-inspired jumpsuit. Among the lowpoints in the history of that show is the look of smug satisfaction on Delta's bloated kisser as Stacey sashayed away.

In general, the Heathers are my favorite cast members, but I am annoyed by the whole "Heathers" thing. It makes them seem cliquish and annoying. I realize that alliances are a staple of reality television, but it really doesn't seem necessary in this kind of show ... and being so public about your alliance often backfires. (Though to answer @19, only ones of the Heathers ends up dying.)

Also, I find Shangela very annoying.

I saw Mimi Imfurst perform recently and it confirmed what I've said from the beginning: many of them get cast because they are terrific performers, as she is, but then they never have a chance to show their real talents on the show. I realize they don't have the budget for song royalties, but a real drag competition would be to give them a theme (Madonna songs, fairy tales, women in history, etc.) and have them create an outfit, choose a song, and perform it. Instead, we essentially have Project Runway with drag queens.

Also, I'm glad I watched it last night because the spoiler would have been annoying.

The Heathers thing is trite and obnoxious. It doesn't keep me from realizing that at least two of them deserve to be in the top three though. Raja may be harsh- but she's not the same as, say, Raven from last season. Raven was a two-faced asshole. In fact all THREE of the finalists from last season were unbearably manipulative, catty, two-faced backstabbing assholes. But so far that is not what Manila or Raja or even Delta are. They are catty and mean at times, absolutely, and definitely full of themselves. But everyone who has ever been on this show and ever will be is full of themselves. Why? Because that's part of what makes drag larger than life. To embody a Diva.

So as long as they do this without being two-faced about it, or cruel and backstabbing then fine. I can deal with it.

Oh and I'm sorry but Shangela needs to go. She's cute, but she's been living off the kindness of the other contestants this whole time. Leeching help from everyone to do her work for her. Sorry- but Raja is right here. If she can't even do her own hair/makeup without help then she doesn't deserve to be there. Period.

I've been on Team Raja since Day 1, but I think Delta is gorgeous and Alexis is the sweetest.

At the end of the day, Shangela is there because Ru wants her there. She's allowed her too many Get Out of Jail Free cards, but it's her show, so she still gets to decide who wins.

The main thing I dislike about this show is how Ru's favoritism is so bloody apparent. It's been obvious since the first episode of the series.

And yeah, fuck Delta Work.

@26 - I agree with you 100%. Just as it takes a certain amount of ego and hubris to run for high political office, it's the same to be a diva. Having an ego is a job requirement. Being catty often comes along for the ride. As long as they can reign in the cattiness a bit and at least be genuine and not deceitful, I can live with it.

And yeah, Ru's favoritism is really obvious and bizarre. I sure hope Shangela gets called out for her over-reliance on others. That, or her allies will either desert her or be eliminated, leaving her high and dry.

Shangela = Awesomez!! It's clear as cristal! Seriously, though, she's the funniest of them all by far. She's got the personality and the flair, but her skills aren't so on point. But, Ru doesn't do her own makeup or hair either, so... Also, Manila crapped it up this episode. She was one of my favorites, still is, but seriously. Also, what's the deal with the Shangie hate on her part? I wonder how her boyfriend (Sahara Davenport) reacted to her Manila jumping on her best friend...Also, I gotta say, Dan Savage and Rupaul's Drag Race together? If they could include some sort of comic book challenge and had to make outfits out of leather, I think I would transubsantiate...

I have to say, I kind of like Shangela, too. She DOES need to shut her yap, but, uh, she's a drag queen...they're SUPPOSED to be mouthy. And, she's probably one of the best comedians on the show. But, she does rely too much on the others to get through.

And, why is Raja on this show? She's in the fashion industry/show business; she KNOWS half the judges! And, she's not really a DQ...she's a MODEL with great style. And, she's not that funny; the Tyra impression was dull.

Miss Lane was terrible as a news anchor and she was certainly not couture in that red stretch suit. She failed to bring it and she sucked at lip syncing. You have to earn it.
