So sad to see Latrice go - her lip sync last week to "Natural Woman" actually brought tears to my eyes. Talented, hilarious, regal... what a queen! What a person! And the difference in quality of character is even more stark next to Phi Phi's scheming, whining, sourfaced excuse-machine of a mess.

Michelle Visage had it out for her since Latrice was in the top 6. I honestly think Michelle has a thing against big girls in general. It's sad to see Phi phi in the top 3, that bitch definitely deserved to go home a couple of episodes ago but I'll give her credit for being on point in regards to how she presents herself in front of RuPaul and the other judges. I think it'll either be her or Chad Michaels as the winner of this season's show.

Shit. I wish I hadn't seen this post yet, since I haven't watched this episode yet. Ms. Royale is my favorite, and Phi Phi's persona is revolting to me.

I love Latrice, but she criticized Sharon for having uneven hems on her dresses and she was wearing a dress that WASN'T HEMMED.

Love her or hate her (she's a stupid, nasty piece of work in my book) but Phi Phi's outfits last night were pretty good, Latrice's were kinda shitty.

I'm happy with the final three mainly because it gives us all the smug satisfaction of seeing Phi Phi losing to either Chad or Sharon, both of whom she hates.

Speaking of Chad or Sharon, either could win and I'd be happy (money's on Chad). Sharon is eclectic and funny and has a killer personality. Chad is super, super polished and professional and seems to be a total sweetheart, Good on both of 'em.

That said, Latrice is now a legend. High drag all the way.

Oh, and her comment on the political episode ("I looked across at Phi Phi and realized she's ugly, and I'm at peace with that") alone is worth the entire damn season.

Gotta agree with #11 and #12. Phi Phi could have been out the week Willam left, but Phi Phi really turned it on the past few weeks. This isn't a competition for most likeable, and like it or not, Phi Phi deserves to be in the top 3.

Love Latrice, but Phi Phi has been bringing it. I don't know about the dad speech last week. Spontaneous outbursts of emotion on the catwalk always work on the judges.

It's not a spoiler alert on Tuesday, and the show is insanely good the third or fourth viewings. If you don't watch because you know what happens at the end, you haven't watched an episode - everyone but Phi Phi is fucking hilarious.

Please, spoiler alert! I don't get home till Thursday night so I can't see it till then at the earliest.

I think Phi Phi is some talent (and a lot of bad attitude) but to allow HER to shante and Latrice to sashay? WRONG! Latrice has more heart and soul than Phi Phi on a good day. No one has the same generosity of spirit, and as she said herself, "I'm the first fat black bitch to get this far." She was singing for us big girls (of both sexes) everywhere. Even her lip sync gave us shivers (Sharon Needles said so herself.)

@18, I suspect a conspiracy. We online viewers bring in 10% as much income as cable subscribers to MTV, which owns Logo. Making it seem important to watch it at the first opportunity increases the odds we might get cable, which helps MTV not bounce its checks to RuPaul and Dan.

Okay, it's not a very good conspiracy theory but it's all I got. Not enough coffee.

Like a lot of reality show contests, the winners often fall into obscurity while the talented ones who "fell by the wayside" go on to successful careers and leverage the exposure that they had on the show to increase their fanbase.

Man, that's pretty terrible of them. I mean, next thing you know they're going to be openly trying to court ratings and advertising dollars so as to make a profit.

OK, it's a gawdamned TELEVISION show and the world is NOT gonna stop and hold its breath until you get a chance to watch it...Posting spoilers BEFORE the airing of the show, or WHILE it's gradually rolling out in its ORIGINAL telecast with huge spoiler alerts and jump cuts on posts is expected and good media citizenship. Even doing the same for a BRIEF period of time after its airing is good manners and common sense...typically I like to post spoiler warnings on TV posts for a 24 hour period or so. (And, if I was Dan's editor, I would have slapped his hand for being so blunt in his headline, so early in the AM.) But, that's IT! Whining that you plan on watching your dvr'd show in two or three days and you don't want to be spoiled is a ridiculous expectation.

PS: Old Yeller gets shot; they ALL did it, in "Murder on the Orient Express"; Beth dies in "Little Women"...oh, and the winner of this year's RPDR is....

And, I don't have cable TV. RPDR is available on line after midnight (yes, it's not reasonable to expect people to stay up that late to see it...) OR, go to one of the 12,000 gay bars that show it. OR, go to a friend's house WITH cable to see it. If they have their DirectTV system set up on East Coast time, you can watch RPDR at 6pm on Mondays...

PS: if you don't normally watch "Untucked" after the regular show, (maybe it's too confrontational and shrieky for your tastes) you should DEFINITELY watch this week's episode, because it's pretty damn hilarious...and, watch to the end. The best joke is about two minutes from the end of the episode.

Theres a nasty rumor flying around that Phi Phi won. I guess someone posted it to the drag race wikipedia page or something. All rumors of course, but man wouldn't that suuuuuuck?

The subtitled "bitch fight" between the dogs on "Untucked" was an instant classic - best moment of the series thus far!

As for Latrice, I know that girl's gonna land on her feet. She is a REGAL bitch with genuine class and style and I love her to death! And Phi Phi, whether she wins (god forbid) or not, is going to be trying to live down her sour-ass-shit-stirring-bitch reputation for the rest of her days. Good.

Latrice is this season's Ongina. She'll go on to great fame and people will remember her. And it will be satisfying to see Phi Phi lose to Sharon or Chad.

But now that my favorite is out, I just want to see the reunion episode so I can find out WHAT DID WILLAM DO??

@26 - Fair enough. I was talking about watching it online (it goes up on Logotv.com at 12 am following the regular cable broadcast). A lot of people can't get Logo with their cable plans, or just don't have cable, so we have no choice but to wait until Tuesday to see it. You're right that it's just a show, though. I probably could have done without saying Dan ruins everything. Eep.

so fucking glad i didn't read slog while i was outta town. i didn't get to watch until Tues night either. Phi Phi's outfits were random and vomitous. she certainly should have been in the bottom 2 this week. she can't win, i would daresay rupaul can't have her brand soured by the vileness that is Phi Phi. i honestly think people would throw shit at her on stage if she performed.

Well, Dan, you could just go and motherfucking hire her ass for Savage U as an adjunct professor. Latrice has been pretty spot fucking on with regards to other queens, and her ass has been around the block a few times. It would be such a waste if she ONLY did drag shows and performances.. she has SOOO MUCH MORE to offer. She's an inspiration in and out of drag. Hire that ho. Honestly, she's going to be this season's Pandora Boxx, Shangela, and Ongina... the queens who left us all wanting more, and who went on to amazing careers. I'd drive many miles to see Latrice. I might go see Raja, BeBe, Tyra, Delta, ect. If Tati, Carmen or Glasscock were at the '90's, I'd be busy examining my belly lint.

Here's how I see it: If they're judging based on this week's performance, Phi Phi deserved to stay, regardless of what a horrible person she is. Based on the whole season, there's no question that Latrice is the better queen. But, as others have said, Latrice wins in the long run. She's made a great name for herself...I would go out of my way to see her perform. And Phi Phi has made a name for herself too...I'll do anything I can to never see her again, and tell my friends to do the same.
