I'd rather write a review a really bad movie than have people see my own really bad fiction.

We almost went to the screening but bailed at the very last moment, apparently saving ourselves a couple of hours and a meal of popcorn.

Did the actual 'seventh son of a seventh son' schtick at least seem fun or interesting in the film, on it's own merits? It's always been one of my more fond bits of folklore.
