@3: I just don't understand why black people feel the need to claim Egyptian culture as their own (properly belonging to brownish people of mostly caucasoid heritage that we might describe as Middle Eastern) when there's the perfectly good Nubian civilization to lay claim to. The Nubians were unambiguously black, they had a mighty kingdom in their day, and their culture was closely related to that of Egypt. The only real difference is that their pyramids weren't as cool looking.
