I am intrigued to learn more about Seattle film director Lynn Shelton and see this movie. What music did she use for her film, Outside In?

No idea about the music, but Lynn has an extensive list of film, television & digital media credits. I'd say start with "We Go Way Back" and work your way through her film catalog first, then check out some of her TV work.
