As if the only option of poverty is to kill an elephant... that's some bizarre logic Charles. While I get your point, the end effect is that we will live in a world without elephants long before we will live in a world without poverty.


Sans elephants, poverty is perpetual.


There are undoubtedly people out there that would barter for elephant tusks with a handsome number of sheep, goats, and daughters.

I think buying women would be the coolest part of a post-capitalist society.
