Air Force One was released in 1997, and if it wasn't a comedy then everything I know about the world is wrong.

All this shows is that the the mid-90s were a cesspool of weak-ass pc presidents who would have been more at home on Northern Exposure.

1964 alone had Lee Tracy and Peter Sellers doing terrific work as POTUS. Even Henry Fonda, while a bit overwrought, at least had the nads to nuke NYC.
