Penn Jillette is horrid, but I want to hear you say why. Why?

@4, adding myself to the question. Why is PJ horrid? I only have a brief knowledge of his work as an atheist/skeptic, and that seems respectable. Has he used the n-word, said misogynistic things, what's the case against him?

I missed the memo: Penn Jillette is horrid? I've seen Penn and Teller twice and they were delightful.

Penn Jillette is horrid? The movie succeeds in spite of Penn and Teller's involvement? Why the detour to shit on them? And with no explaination?

While Penn Jillette is undoubtedly an entertaining performer, he's also a libertarian douche who's hair brain theories about governance and power don't deserve a fair hearing, much less an actual test in the real world.

So this film that they directed, wrote, and produced -- a fascinating portrait they crafted, engagingly presenting a story that otherwise would have never seen the light of day, "succeeds in spite of them"? Huh.
