The significance of David Foster Wallace is that he made me go back and question my deification of Pynchon. We were all just waiting for the Web.

Ha, you absolutely described me. In fact, it's exactly page 281 where I bailed in Infinite Jest. It still stares me down from my bookcase, but fuck it, I just can't be assed to read about a tennis academy.
