Nice article, but I was so surprised and disappointed you didn't include some of the amazing vegan restaurants in Seattle. We have become known for our great vegan dining here, including the gourmet and very inventive Harvest Beat in Wallingford and the unique and funky No Bones Beach Club in Ballard (which has now expanded into 2 other cities). Both are VERY worthy of inclusion in this special publication, as are the numerous other vegan restaurants. Maybe next year?
