I hope you're right. "Seattle Style" BBQ has not lived up to North Carolina style, Memphis style, or much else, for that matter. Much like "Seattle Style" pizza. Christ. We'll see. I'm definitely going to check it out. God I love pork. This actually made me join twitter.

There actually is an authentic Northwest Style barbecue, echoing the Salish people, it involves grilling Salmon over Alder wood for a subtle and light smoked flavor.

though i am all for any good barbecue no matter the form or the terms used to describe it.

Why would they not tell you if their food was vegetarian? Isn't that illegal not to? You could be allergic to pork.
5
They have to tell you the ingredients of their food. Good job, Gert! I was all for it until I read that part. Fuck!
6
Calling any food 'best in the city' after one catered meal is shit-stupid and irresponsible.

I'm beyond stoked that so many new mobile restaurants are opening up; I'm also sad that good ol' Q Fresh Christian Q was before his time and had a terrible time staying operational. His brisket and collard greens were absolute heaven and he'd always give me a free plate off BBQ chicken on my birthday. I miss Q, he was such a fantastic guy and worked so hard to get nowhere.
