Thanks for clearing that up, Megan. I saw the tobacco onion rings when the menu was first posted a few days ago, and I have been wondering since whether or not the 5 Point would actually use tobacco in a recipe.
I remember the 5 Point in the 90s and was a semi-regular there. It was near where I lived - very fun. I took everyone who came to town there, and most of all it was a wonderful Sunday night hangout (not many of those - usually avoided Fridays and Saturdays there - too loud and too crowded). But I wouldn't put it past the kitchen to try a tobacco recipe.
