@1: Nope. Ever heard the phrase "unwashed masses?" That's us. All of us. That's why no one in Seattle uses an umbrella. Gotta get clean somehow.

@1 I agree. I mean, sure he has a job that causes him to sweat and the interview probably took place in the midst of that, but how dare he not run home and jump in the shower before taking a snap shot. You'd hate for pictures to reflect the reality of his day to day life in the kitchen.

I finally went to Spinasse a week ago.

We had no reservations, but were seated at the bar after a short wait. It was one of the most memorable meals I've had in my life. They even had a Barolo by the glass, which was well worth the splurge.

Congrats, the award is well deserved.
