We've enumerated the joys of the original Thai Curry Simple in the International District, where the curries are made of freshly mashed spices, where the food is so affordable you'll never spend a penny anywhere else again, and where the owners, Picha and Mark, are so damn adorable you'll want to marry them both. Well? They've opened a lunch shack on Capitol Hill. The former coffee stand at 12th Avenue and East Madison Street is now a hut of to-go awesomeness.
