What, exactly, makes it "Montana-themed", short of the name (the state flower)? Nothing says "Big Sky Country" like grits and cornbread.

I'm from Montana so my sarcasm is bona fide.

That Cowboy Killer plate could easily feed 4-5 hungry dudes (or ladies) and that Bloody Mary was the tasiest, and best I think I've EVER had (and I've drank a few)

"it's hard to screw up chicken livers" I have to disagree. It is far too easy to overcook them and they must be impeccably fresh, as in from the live chicken that morning.

Maybe they do it right.

I'm a sucker for the occasional fried dish...Yes the occasional fried dish! :) I've never personally tried fried chicken livers but I'm a huge fan of baked chicken liver. Next time I visit Seattle I'm going to have to stop by and try. Huge fan of smoked dishes too.
