How's the Food at the Most Gorgeous Place on Capitol Hill?

too bad that place always smells like a urinal cake.
2
i just wish Chapel didn't smell like a double dose of Pine Sol.
3
I wish they'd kept the pork chop from the old menu. It was fantastic.

Foods alright, but who's the fuckwit that's was like "Hey, this place needs HDTVs to list a handful of beers. And don't clutter up the screen with useful bits of information like the style of beer"
5
I was just there recently and enjoyed the cheese pizza they have and the shitake mushroom pizza. Great beers on tap too.

The fish tacos are really exquisite, and their beer selection is a cornucopia of pleasures. I'll be going back for sure.

What's with cheese on everything? On prawns? Maybe the real problem with the prawns is that they're sourced out of southeast Asia where, shall we say, the keepers' latrines aren't as far from the prawn beds as we might prefer? So what IS the "local" sourcing for prawns; maybe it's perfectly great.

One thing you have to watch out for, especially with "grits baked into a casserole-style texture" is temperature; prawns turn from delicate to vulcanized in a matter of seconds of overcooking.

Please wait...
