Beer and Bicycles at Peddler Brewing Company

made it to the opening night, which was packed - a good sight for a new brewery for sure. though the quality left a lot to be desired. the ballard/fremont/interbay region has seen a surge of microbreweries open, a good thing, and some of them have some really quality brews. hoping peddler is able to up their game, otherwise i'm not sure if just having the bike game will be enough...

@1 -- Interbay? I get Ballard/Fremont, but a bit surprised at Interbay? I wasn't aware of any breweries in Interbay.

the good thing about all these new microbreweries is that seattle folks can't taste spoiled beer. home brewers that think they can just scale up their home brew set up and run a brewery are reaaaaally good at making spoiled/contaminated brews.

seattle will figure it out soon. lets see them survive the winter.

i'll be sure and post here to remind you when they've made it through the winter
