The best wine bar ever = the relatively cool spot in Hell

Is this the first place in Seattle to spell "bistrot" in the more common French way? (You will find "bistro" in Paris, but only rarely).
3
#2: Nope, there's the terribly named Voila! Bistrot in Madison Valley (that's! their! exclamation! mark!).

@3, shame they didn't call it "Wallah!". It's much funnier that way. Or "Viola!" would be good too.

Any news on what is happening with Le Gourmand, stranger folks?
6
Also Chloe Bistrot in Laurelhurst..
7
@5: I believe the building's still for sale... meanwhile, cooking classes there, probably great ones:

@5 The Le Gourmand spot is spoken for- a new bar restaurant called Brimmer and Heeltap will open, no idea when though.
9
@5 The Le Gourmand space is spoken for. Brimmer and Heeltap, a new bar and restaurant is going in, though I have no idea when.

@10 Not fake.
