I would go to Frolik more often if their wait staff were more responsive. Both before and after their remodel, I and my guests would often wait for 15-20 minutes before even being greeted by someone and having an order taken. After that, god help you getting another drink or food. I've stopped going. There are other places in downtown Seattle with good outdoor patios that have attentive service and a little bit of shade during happy hour.
