Rachael Coyle’s bona fides are impeccable: She’s made baked goods at Cafe Presse, Le Pichet, and the Herbfarm. Her latest invention is a cross between a croissant and a pretzel; it’s called either a pretzant or a cretzel (she hasn’t decided yet). The good news: Her pop-up bakeshop is back at the Book Larder in Fremont, and now it’s every Saturday instead of once a month. The bad news: You have to get up and get yourself over there before noon, and the earlier, the better—her stuff sells out fast. (The Book Larder, 4252 Fremont Ave N, booklarder.com, 9 am–noon)
