Let me guess, now that it's reopened, Paseo is going to be 'so five minutes ago,' and only the unhip 'bridge and tunnel' crowd will care that it's reopened.

@2 Just FYI, Paseo's tofu sandwich was so good that I never even got around to trying their meat.

Based on the tofu alone, I would definitely consider Paseo my all time favorite Seattle restaurant, by a very wide margin.
