The owner of Paloma opened another restaurant in Wallingford called Bodrum just over a year ago. It's middle-eastern (primarily Turkish). I grew up eating my Turkish grandmother's food, and I've spent a ton of time in Turkey, I personally have never found such authentic and on-point Turkish food in Seattle. It's really wonderful, check it out.
