@6 - I'm guessing they call it a sandwich because it has bread (or "bread") as an ingredient; but it looks kind of like calling biscuits & gravy a "sandwich." That said, it looks delicious --- as a knife-and-fork meal.
We need a new word for that substance which is playing the part of bread, but isn't. Like almond "milk" our soy "meat." Isn't this what the National Guard is for?
And that wilted lettuce looks gross. You'll never convince me to eat cooked romain. Spinach, kale, char, or arugula would be OK.
