I know it isn't on Union but it's pretty close. Bluebird deserves a mention here.

I am so disappointed in this article. The true Ice Cream Half Mile is between Broadway, 14th, Pine, and Union. The Molly Moon's on Pine, Bluebird, Old School Frozen Custard, Frankie & Jo's, and Kurt Farm Shop. These are all in a 2 by 5 block area.
