I was neighbors with a guy who was working in building maintenance at Smith Tower, maybe 15 years ago. He wasn't much more than a day porter. The maintenance folks printed up t-shirts listing all the things that were fucked up about the building.

A better writer could probably convey the same enthusiasm with about 80% fewer exclamation points.

Story is OK but I love the photo from the 21st floor!!
