It is 1008 almost 2009 now. They have improved greatly from what this reviewer presented. The cold table at lunch is a little more sparse than dinner and dinner also has a greater roasted meat selection. It is carnivore heaven. Don't expect the buttery soft but tasteless beef passed off by some high-end downtown establishments. If you still have teeth and have not forgotten to chew a little to savor your food, this is the place. The meat is not tough mind you, only one piece of gristle the whole evening. They have an incredible array of roasted meats, including wild boar, buffalo and other more familiar like pepper crusted sirloin and absolutely wonderful tri-tip, as well as the obligatory nuggets of prime rib, chicken and turkey wrapped in bacon, and great tasting sausage.
