Sullivan's first location was in Austin, I think (I could be wrong, and am open to correction, but the location I think they started with was right around the corner from Austin's most popular gay bars in Austin's Warehouse District). And I'm a former Austinite who moved to Seattle in 2004. I find Sullivan's way better than Z Tejas (I will never ever ever go to the Bellevue Square branch again. Z Tejas sold their soul to the restaurant chain devil, and I sense nothing of their original Austin 6th St. location here) and Ruth's Chris. Good luck, Sullivan's!
