To be bluntly honest, this food just sounds awful even if it had been prepared well and was locally sourced. After reading about these entrees meatloaf and mashed potatoes look like food of the Gods. No wonder eating out in Seattle for the most part is no longer a pleasure. It's just become throwing a lot of weird shit on a plate and then calling it art.
