I just looked at the site with every intention of laughing at the bourgeness of it all, but the prices they list are comparable to what I could make these dishes for at home without even factoring time my into it. Pretty interesting.

Perhaps they're just operating as a loss-leader to gain market share, but it looks completely viable for a certain demo. Looks less Kozmo (cigarettes, ice cream, dvds), and more just delivery from a central kitchen.

I was just wondering the other day if Meals-on-Wheels had an age restriction, this sounds much better! Too bad I live in the wrong zip code :(

As best I can tell, they only deliver to these tightly-clustered ZIPs; which, oddly, includes Ballard but not south Beacon Hill or West Seattle???
