Chuck's never liked doing food. Their menu item still reads, IIRC, "Chips and Crappy Salsa" - they made a point that it was bad even before the trucks showed up. Now big players like Chuck's not only have the trucks, they have a weekly rotation and then switch them between stores, which opens up all kinds of fun looking for your favorite beer and your favorite truck when figuring out when to go out. Those trucks came along just in time.
