The Melting Pot

A melting pot of bacteria. Folks, you eat at a place like this at your own risk. God only knows what the minimum wage crack heads in the kitchen did to your food.

Kip Schoning, you are hiiiigh. The pot is so hot, bacteria doesn't make it to your mouth. Hell, you're lucky if you can taste the delicious, decadent cheese..or chocolate..or coq au vin..since it's likely to burn your tongue. If you issue any warning, it should be "blow first, then move on to the good stuff." That is a fine lesson that may also have more universal properties than simple fondue instructions.

There are minimum wage crack heads everywhere, but because I'm nice, they tend to target bitter, fondue-hating people like you.

The spinach salad at this chain is off the chain. It's actually quite difficult to make really really delicious fondue with depth of flavor that isn't all about just the wine.

The Melting Pot was one of my best dining experiances since moving to Seattle. The food was amazing. Simply delicious. I recomend it to all my friends. As for bacteria I didn't have the slightest bit of worry and the servers explained how to cook the food in the broth and make certain it was done. They had special utensils for putting the raw food in and another for removing the cooked.

The cheese fondue and chocolate fondu though was my favorite so even if your a germophob at least go for those where everything you dip in is already cooked.

Trust me...Kip Schoning IS high. And shouldn't he be trying to figure out how he's going to avoid his next round of court dates rather than commenting on The Melting Pot?
Any comments on your skeezy business practices, Mr. Schoning?

Kip Schoning, You are sad and pathetic but mostly funny. Do you ever read what you write or listen to yourself talk?

I am suspecting that you actually incapable of any positive thought word or deed. Apparently every place you eat or drink is sucks. Maybe the problem with this place was YOU being there?

Here's a thought...stay home and make a couple of frozen dinners. You can use the money you save by not eating out or going to bars to get a couple of you rental houses (aka slum dwellings) out of foreclosure...

Why is Kip Schoning allowed to post what ever "thought" float through his tiny brain but if I post a comment or response it gets flagged? Apparently Kip can dish it but he can't take it. What a candy ass.

Please wait...
