I don't get how people believe that

1) The government is so inept they can't run anything effectively, yet
2) They managed to mastermind an enormous inside job (9/11) involving hundreds of thousands of people and got away with only a handful of people suspicious of it.

What sounds more likely:

Pulling off a scheme as large as 9/11, with thousands of people literally watching it with their own eyes, and somehow managing to cover up and silence everyone who would have had to have been personally involved in the planning.

or,

Some terrorists hijacked four planes and managed to hit two of their four targets directly, one target half-assedly, and completely miss the fourth.

Occam's Razor.

Hey, Occam's Razor is not the typical stoned mode of thinking, it runs more to lovingly detailed paranoid manifestos.

#notallstoners of course, but daily smoking sure seems correlated with a higher incidence of weird theories.

Don't you get it? Only the YouKnighted States of Amuricuh has the Prowess, the Might, and the Over-the-Top technologic to pull off such a feat.
If Brown People were up to that kind of righteous Hollywood action movie stunt, they would have invented Hollywood, AND CLEARLY THEY DIDN'T!

Oh. Great. The two most obnoxious obsessions of dumb people the world over, combined: Instagram and libertarianism.

While I'm sure she's talented at her schtick - but what she's really monetized is being an attractive woman on Instragram. There are plenty of attractive instragram failures, and I think her success is a product of hard work and talent, but it's basically a subgenre of Hot Girl Instragram (this time, with pot) - I don't find this especially as novel or groundbreaking as Herzog thinks.

Also, any libertarian who wears a "USA" t-shirt should have their card revoked.
There was no "USA" until the government formed it.
Or is she too stoned (stoopid) to know this?

"Meet the Radical Libertarian -- "

Let me stop you right there. I let libertarians have their say, and then some, a long, long time ago. Heard it all, and the answer is still no.

Please wait...
