I don't have a dog but I often dog sit for my brother and he has a tiny Yorkie and anytime I'm walking him and there's another dog anywhere near him I pull him away or pick him up. The last thing I need is for another shitty dog to attack my brothers dog while he's on vacation. It's not entitlement. It's me hearing WAY too many stories of friends dogs being attacked by untrained dogs owned by shitty people.
