This Bellevue cafe serves "slow food, at a fast pace" in the form of Stumptown coffee, sweet breakfast pastries (wake up with a Vahlrona gianduja chocolate chunk muffin?!), salads, soups, and sandwiches. Owners Leon and Shawn named their cafe after a pause in music or poetry—"and like that, we are the break in the middle of your hectic day."
