Choripan by Asado
A branch of X Group Restaurants (Asado, Masa, Engine House No. 9), Choripan is the cafe inside Tacoma's Museum of Glass that makes Argentinian chorizo and empanadas along with the usual coffee shop standbys. The menu also has a build-your-own feature where you can choose a quinoa bowl, salad, or sandwich, then fill it with one of four different meats or tofu.
