Coliman Mexican Restaurant and Taqueria
Named after the most active volcano in Mexico, Coliman provides the standard burritos, tacos, and enchiladas, as well as house specialties like prawns wrapped in bacon with tomato sauce and fried tilapia with tomatoes and avocados. For late breakfast/brunch, there's omelets and huevos rancheros with a variety of meat and veggie toppings. The ’60’s-diner architecture of the building makes its late-night weekend karaoke seem especially appropriate.
