Drunky Two Shoes BBQ Fremont
At Drunky Two Shoes BBQ, all the meat is slow-smoked for up to 16 hours by chef Brendan Fitzgerald (formerly of Armadillo Barbeque, when it was in Woodinville), including brisket, whole chickens, and St. Louis–style pork ribs. Drunky is a cartoon horse with a golden tooth, not the owner—that would be Nate Rezac, who also owns the bar 9 Million in Unmarked Bills. They note that all the side dishes are vegetarian—and they can slap one on a bun and call it a “bean sandwich”—but the antler chandelier and the boar’s head on the wall send a pretty clear message.
Note: This place is closed now, but the business still operates a location in White Center.
