While Kevin and Terresa Davis (Steelhead Diner, Blueacre Seafood) are known for their seafood-focused restaurants, with Orfeo they’re turning their attention toward classic Italian and French preparations of Northwest meats that are roasted in a custom charcoal-burning Wood Stone Josper oven. There’s also a wood-fired brick oven for pizzas, and a selection of house-made pastas.
