Standard Bakery, which began as a weekly pop-up in the Central District, grew into a full brick-and-mortar shop in South Lake Union. Owner Josh Grunig’s signature sourdough loaves are modeled after the bread he grew up eating in San Francisco, and Grunig also offers a daily selection of croissants, scones, and cookies. Standard also serves a daily soup and salad.
