This quirky, "craft-casual" sandwich shop chain from Salt Lake City, which opened its first Pacific Northwest location in U Village in December, donates a sandwich to a local non-profit partner for each one they sell in-store and has contributed over 2 million sandwiches to date. Menu choices range from a sloppy vegan Jackfruit Torta to the meaty Do Gouda stacked with steak and smoked cheese. There's also occasionally live music.
