Local chef Kathy Casey of Dish D'lish has launched a new, similarly apostrophe'd eatery inside SeaTac, with such curious creations as an "Over the Top Burger" dressed with cheddar ale spread made with Tillamook pepperjack, Pike Place Ale, and hot Cheetos. Other options include a beet and arugula salad and a cheeseburger soup (?) topped with pickles. There's also brunch-inflected offerings and a Rel'Lish Bloody Mary made with local Aloo vodka and adorned with pickled green beans, asparagus, and peppers, with an option for a pepperoni straw.
