Named in tribute to the building's previous life as a sawmill, Sawyer offers an extensive menu with a playful, elevated-casual take on new American comfort far, with dishes like oxtail nachos; a Reuben tartine; shareable porchetta with an assortment of flatbreads and condiments; fancy choco tacos; and ice cream bars of cookie dough semifreddo covered in Theo chocolate—swoon.
